BUILDING ARCHITECTURE TO CONVERSE / UA

Firstly, the references on which we have based our installation are the classic yard neighbors, in contrast, the virtual conversation that has begun to happen in the last decades and involves a remote communication and create a system of universal communication.

Our installation consists in the union of three spaces, two singles and one central where it is produced the transmission of the communication.

How will the message be transmitted in the system?

We decided to create several types of common conversations that can arise for example when you meet someone for the first time (we consider this because the two people who are going to be conversing they aren't going to see through the glass that we polarized incorporated in the windows of the installation) and have developed in several threads as shown in the diagram, thus several choices to users.

These messages will be converted  in virtual spaces previously defined by features attributed to emotions. This transformation will carry out projections through the central space.

Instructions for use of the installation inside the cabines

With this project, we are taking the emotions that conversation transmits at that moment, and the set of emotions will be created in a  virtual space defined by textures, colors, lights, sounds and occasionally dimensions.

Example:

- What do you like?

From here we extract the emotions that can provoke this question: freedom, pleasure, happiness ... and we associate the previous characteristics: open spaces, white colors, crystals, sounds nice...

- 'I'm sad / distressed

Emotions would anguish, despair, oppression ... and the space created would be represented by a space that decreases its dimensions, that of feeling cold, gray colors, sounds sad ...

The spaces we create are not spaces that signify a message, but they are to communicate that message when we are inside.
